All performances at Tin Pan South are determined by a selection committee, and involve a submission and review process. We will begin accepting submissions in December 2022 - STAY TUNED!
Please note, there is an incredible amount of songwriters in the world and although we would love to included as many as possible, the number of spots available to play the festival is limited and many submission are unable to be included in the festival.
We are here to help answer any questions you may have about the festival, feel free to give us a call at NSAI at 800-321-6008. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday 10am-4pm Central.
The 2023 festival will be held over 5 days (Tuesday, March 28 – Saturday, April 1) featuring over 300 songwriters in venues all over Nashville.
Yes! The official festival app is now available and will feature performers, venue information, area attractions, news, and more.
To access a Tin Pan South show, you must either have a Fast Access Pass, Single-Show Ticket, or cash to pay at the door. When you arrive at the venue, you will see that there are two lines, one for Fast Access Passholders/Single-Show Ticketholders, and one for Cash. Once doors open for the event, the Pass/Ticket line will be admitted first, followed by the cash line until the venue reaches capacity.
Please note, having a Fast Access Pass or Single-Show Ticket does not guarantee admission. Once a venue reaches full capacity, no additional attendees can enter until people leave the venue.
If you are interested in attending both shows that night at the same venue, be aware that after the first show, you will have to exit the venue and line back up to re-enter for the second show. No one is allowed to remain in the venue between shows as each venue needs to clear and reset the space.
YES! Most of our shows reach capacity, so if there is a certain show you really want to see, be sure to arrive early to line up!
