You must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes is open for entry Wednesday, March 20, 2024 8:00 am CT through Tuesday, March 26 at 11:59pm CT.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
FW Publishing reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
One grand prize winner will receive:
· VIP reserved seats for two (2) guests to their choice of 4 (four) shows at Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival on April 5-6, 2024
· Roundtrip air travel for one (1) winner and a guest on Southwest Airlines® (subject to Air Travel Restrictions set forth below). Flight vouchers will be provided. Winner must book travel. Flights must be taken by June 1, 2024.
· One room, (2) night stay at Graduate Nashville hotel from Friday April 5 – Sunday, April 7, 2024 with a $100 food & beverage credit to be used at Poindexter Coffee, Cross-Eyed Critters or White Limozeen.
· Admission for two (2) to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum with admission to Poets and Prophets: Salute to Songwriter Jackie DeShannon on April 6, 2024 from 2:30-4:00pm CT.
· $150 credit toward dinner for two (2) at Evelyn’s, must be redeemed between April 1 and April 7, 2024.
Air Travel Restrictions: Air travel is subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. Round trip travel for two (2) on Southwest Airlines will be awarded in the form of four (4) Southwest flight e-passes. Each Southwest flight e-pass is valid for one-way travel on Southwest Airlines-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Southwest flight e-pass will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. The Southwest flight e-pass is not valid on interline or codeshare service. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The Southwest flight e-pass will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the Southwest flight e-pass for money or otherwise is strictly prohibited. The Southwest flight e-pass may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the Southwest flight e-pass rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the Southwest flight e-pass(es). Southwest flight e-pass holders are required to be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient of a Southwest flight e-pass may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering a Southwest flight e-pass. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines is subject to Southwest Airlines’ Passenger Contract of Carriage set out at www.southwest.com/contractofcarriage. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Winner is responsible for booking all travel and paying all applicable international taxes and fees. Travel is based on seat availability. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel. If the travel guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian.

FW Publishing reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of 210 12th Avenue South Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37203.
Employees of FW Publishing, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, Southwest Airlines, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the sweepstakes commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes.
Entrants further grant to FW Publishing the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes.
FW Publishing reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on contestants obtained through the sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes and all of the related pages, contents are copyright FW Publishing. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, Southwest Airlines Co., and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the prize described above for air travel provided by Southwest Airlines or the use thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY DISPUTE FOR AIR TRAVEL PROVIDED BY SOUTHWEST AIRLINES OR THE USE THEREOF SHALL BE IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.
FW Publishing is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
